Bounded check_app_ready then FINISH-MASTER-NODE published only after the master health gate (was: FINISH before a blind sleep 150), media double gate (install on ALL-SECRETS-GENERATED, start on FINISH) overlapping the heavy media install with the master's (~30-40% faster cluster-ready), robust installer fetch, config_blobStorage RBAC-propagation retry, Key Vault wait 100->300s, set -e on master install, terminal media failure path, secret-leaking bash -x shebangs removed, apt no-ops dropped. ARM JSON recompiled (bicep 0.45.15, metadata-only noise). Validated with ov-cloud-tester (sc-deploy-destroy, elastic, dev): PASS. deploy 1m40s, wait-ready 4m1s, destroy 7m14s. |
