cruizba 8074db07fa openvidu-deployment: AWS HA: keep the PT20M WaitCondition timeout of the Master Nodes 
Back to PT20M from PT40M. A healthy stack completes in about 6 to 7 minutes now that each Master
Node signals once OpenVidu is healthy, so 20 minutes are enough, and a hung installation fails
sooner.
