juancarmore 0ae24bb060 openvidu-dashboard: the rooms list and Analytics say when a server reports no media statistics 
media-stats-availability: the contract gains mediaStats on nodes, rooms and participants; the rooms list item and the analytics summary carry the mark and its coverage, the UI shows them as not reported, and the data generator and the demo can produce a node without media statistics.
