openvidu-test-e2e: Participant Passthrough with up to three files per participant

The egress-pro suite downloaded one file per egress. Participant Passthrough now
records the camera, screen and extra files, so the suite downloads every file
result plus the manifest (Recordings: files by group, assertFiles,
assertStartsAfter on the manifest's wall clock) and every single-file test also
asserts that no other file appeared. The 23 multi-track tests assert per file;
quickRepublishContinuesTheCameraFileTest checks that an immediate republish
continues the camera file.

Verified on the local deployment: pion 40/40, mediasoup 31/31.
