openvidu-deployment: make mediasoup the default RTC engine for new PRO deployments
- AWS CloudFormation (single node, elastic, HA): RTCEngine defaults to mediasoup. - Azure (single node, elastic, HA): rtcEngine defaults to mediasoup in the Bicep templates and in createUiDefinition.json; the ARM JSON is rebuilt from Bicep (bicep 0.46.1, the version of the previous build). - GCP Terraform (single node, elastic, HA): rtcEngine / RTCEngine default to mediasoup. - pro/local-meet: RTC_ENGINE defaults to mediasoup. Existing deployments keep the engine they were installed with. Assisted-by: claude-code - Anthropic - Claude Opus 5.5pull/913/head
